 Policy

*Inspection upon Delivery: Cabinets must be thoroughly inspected for damage or factory defects upon opening the packaging. If any damage is identified, please provide clear photos of the damage to your sales representative for submission to the claims department.                                                                                                          *Unassembled Non-Damaged Cabinet Returns: Returns of unopened and undamaged cabinets are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a 3% surcharge if a refund is issued to a credit card.
*Return Window: Returns must be received by HD CABINETRY  within 30 days of the original purchase date.
*Assembled Cabinets: Assembled cabinets are not eligible for return or exchange.
Moldings, Panels, and Trims: All sales of moldings, panels, and trims are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted.
*Claims for Interior Box Damage: Claims for damage to the interior box must be reported within 30 days of pickup, along with clear photos. The cabinet must remain unassembled for inspection.
*Claims for Shipping Damage and Missing Items: Claims regarding shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos.
*Door and Drawer Adjustments: Adjustments to doors and drawers should be made by a professional installer once installation is complete.
*Minor Damages: Minor damages may occur during handling and delivery. These can be touched up carefully. In such cases, the affected cabinets cannot be exchanged or replaced.
*Assembly and Installation: Cabinets should be assembled and installed by professional assemblers and installers, as both tasks require specialized tools. If you are not a professional, we strongly recommend hiring experts for these services.
*Customization for Specific Cabinets: Cabinets for ovens, base microwaves, and farm sinks may require customization on-site during installation, as appliance specifications can vary by brand.
*Pickup Fees: Orders that are not picked up by the specified due date will incur a fee. The fee will begin to accrue the day after the due date, at a rate of 2% of the total amount indicated on the receipt.
